- submit the relevant returns whether the registered business continues to trade or not
- cancel their registration for the Economic Crime Levy
Who can use this form
You can use the online form if you’re appointed as:
- a trustee in bankruptcy or sequestration
- a liquidator
- an administrator

To use this form you’ll need the:
- name of the organisation or individual
- Economic Crime Levy registration number
- date when the business became subject to the insolvency procedure

- individual insolvency such as bankruptcy or sequestration
How to cancel
You’ll need to sign in to cancel the registration online. You can use either:
- your sign in details — you can create these if you do not have them
- your email address — you will get a confirmation code that you can use to sign in
