Saturday 7 November 2026 9:30pm to 11:30pm
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Customs Operations National Clearance Hub will be unable to process import and export documentary checks from 9:30pm to 11:30pm on Saturday 7 November 2026.
The Customs Declaration Service (CDS) will be available and customs declarations can still be submitted during the maintenance period. Declarations that do not require documentary checks will continue to be processed as normal. Supporting documents can still be uploaded but documentary checks will not be actioned until the maintenance period has ended.
